Enhancing Capacities – For a Future in Germany

Fostering Sustainable Integration: Language Skills and Vocational Orientation

The majority of refugees arriving in Germany in 2015 were 25 or younger. Their potential is a valuable asset for German society as well as the country’s economy. One of the major challenges in the coming years will be to provide these children and young adults with education opportunities and to integrate them into the German labour market. The Vodafone Germany Foundation is developing initiatives for a sustainable integration of refugees into the education system as well as the labour market.
